Waterproof Irrigation Wire Connectors
Waterproof irrigation wire connectors help you prevent oxidation and corrosion on the exposed ends of electrical connections. They’re used in landscape lighting, irrigation systems and outdoor electrical installations in gardens, on boats and recreational vehicles.
They’re easy to install, providing a strong, durable connection. They’re also safer than soldering or crimping connections because they don’t introduce any heat to the conductors.
Grease Tube
Grease tubes are used to store and dispense lubricant in a wide range of industrial, household and automotive applications. These grease tubes are typically constructed from sturdy materials that protect the grease from contamination, ensuring its longevity and effectiveness. They also prevent the grease from picking up contaminating dust or debris, which could wreak havoc on equipment parts.
NLGI rated Multi-purpose Lithium Complex Grease provides exceptional lubrication across a wide range of temperatures, helping to extend the life of equipment. This premium grease features good water resistance and can withstand extreme pressure and shock loads. It is also designed to resist washout and offers great corrosion protection.
14 oz grease cartridge refills for grease guns provide high temperature, extreme pressure and water resistance protection serving as a versatile “multi purpose” lubricant for many common machinery application including auto waterproof irrigation wire connectors wheel bearings, axles and hinge points, tractor and trailer hitches and sliding metal on metal contact points. It is a premium lithium complex formula that combines high performance EP additives with an extremely low dropping point, which helps ensure long term protection against wear.
Easily fits in most grease gun’s with a quick, hassle-free screw-in mechanism. The grease tube’s head contains multiple valves, pathways and an air-release nipple that allow for easy grease injection. The follower handle offers a grip when pulling the follower rod prior to inserting a new grease tube.
SnapLoc
The SNAPLOC fastening system from Bollhoff consists of a ball stud and coupling for quick installation. The two-piece system is based on the principle of a simple snap or plug-in connection. The male ball stud is installed in the designated mounting geometry and snaps into the female coupling, forming a tolerance-compensating and vibration- and noise-decoupling joint.
Due to the special coupling geometry, the couplings can be inserted from the side or pushed into the mounting geometry without the need for additional tools. This makes them suitable for plate fastenings and for use in mounting domes.
The SNAPLOC system enables the assembly of individual components in a short amount of time and waterproof connector manufacturer provides for easy disassembly when needed. Rivet Nut USA (a distributing division of Cardinal Components, Inc) is an authorized Bollhoff SNAPLOC distributor and can provide you with the right solution for your project. LV 9000
Blazing LV 9000 is a small wire connector that’s ideal for irrigation valve splices, low voltage landscape lighting or other weather sensitive wiring repair. Its patented V-channel holds up to five #18 wires, and a pre-filled silicone completely encapsulates the splice. A double O-ring seal bars water and corrosion from entering the connector, and latches lock around the wires so they won’t dangle or fall off the splices.
The LV 9000 is also ISO compliant. This certification is awarded by the International Organization for Standardization, a worldwide non-governmental body that develops and publishes technical, industrial, commercial, and management standards based on input from 170 member countries.
In addition to the features listed above, the LV 9000 has a number of other handy tools. For example, you can use the record accident button to document an incident. You can also touch the modem state button to see if your device is connected or not, and the ver button to check the version of the software. You can also enter a job dispatch and Hours of Service identifier if you want to capture this information on your logs.
