DBRY-6

The DBRY-6 is an excellent choice for two-wire decoder system connections in valve boxes. These connectors are available in bulk packs, making them ideal for large projects and repairs. The bulk packs include the same leading-edge connectors that are included with ICD and Dual decoder systems. These waterproof connectors are UL Listed for 600 Volts direct burial and feature an improved red-and-yellow wire nut, eliminating the need for two different sizes. They also have a snap-lock feature that secures the wire nut in the bottom of the light blue waterproof tube. The DBRY-6 also features 3 wire exit cutouts to ease wire routing.

Unlike other water proof wire connectors that require multiple steps and materials to install, the DBRY-6 is quick and easy. The waterproof connector consists of a 3M spring connector R/Y and a high impact, UV resistant tube prefilled with moisture resistant grease. It is used to electrically connect and moisture seal thicker insulation wire, rated up to 600V.

The DBR/Y-6 Series Waterproof Splice Kit is a premium moisture-resistant connector that combines the quick and reliable connection of a 3M spring connector R/Y with a high impact, UV resistant tube prefilled to 600V with silicone filled grease. It is a waterproof irrigation wire connectors great option for golf course irrigation, landscape lighting and direct bury applications.

DryConn Blue/Blue

These waterproof connectors are ideal for making low voltage irrigation splices. They are pre-filled with a dielectric silicone sealant that never hardens and provide an easy one-step installation. They are perfect for outdoor electrical connections exposed to water vapors, condensation and dust. They also meet the conditions set by the most recent NEC code book for use in damp and wet locations.

These wire connectors are manufactured by King Innovation and sold at sprinkler supply stores, Ewing Irrigation and Imperial Sprinkler Supply for much less than Spears or Spears brown DryConn’s. They are rated for up to 600V building wire and 1000V signs or luminaries. This is an excellent product for making high quality splices in damp and wet locations. They are also a great solution for landscape lighting.

Blazing SnapLoc

Designed for the professional irrigation and landscape lighting contractor, the Blazing SnapLoc is ideal for large bundles of irrigation valve wire, trailer wiring, and any small wire splice you may encounter. The patented design allows for a one-step connection and eliminates the need to pre-twist stranded wires. Its latch snap holds wire tightly for maximum grip, making it perfect for splicing and preventing moisture, corrosion and water infiltration. Each connector comes pre-filled with dielectric silicone sealant that never hardens.

Unlike traditional screw-on connectors, which dangle from the ends of wires and allow water to creep in and corrode the connections, the Blazing SnapLoc is vibration proof and will never dangle. The pre-filled silicone fully encapsulates all bare wires, closing all entryways against moisture and water. A double O-ring bar prevents water from entering at the base of the connector, and a latch snap keeps it closed over the wires.

Rated for up to 600V, this waterproof and corrosion-proof connector will keep your low voltage connections rain and moisture-tight. It is easy to use and requires no pre-twisting of stranded wires. Simply rotate handles apart, insert stripped wires (#14 min / #12 max in the large holes, #16-#20 in the small hole), and lock by squeezing the handles together until they snap shut. IMPORTANT: Always turn off power before installing or removing connector.

Blazing LV 9000

A pre-filled silicone connector designed specifically for landscape lighting and irrigation waterproof light socket contractors, the Blazing LV 9000 offers moisture protection, wire restraint and is ideal for residential irrigation valve splices, repairs to trailers and other weather sensitive wiring. It can hold up to 5 #18 wires in its patented “V-channel” and locks securely.

Professionals know the problems of traditional twist-on connectors – they don’t grab the bare ends, dangle off the end and break off inside, and they don’t fully protect against moisture and corrosion. These waterproof irrigation wire connectors are vibration proof and never dangle off the ends.

The Blazing LV 9000 works with both solid and stranded wires, and it’s ideal for residential irrigation valve splices, repair to trailers or other weather sensitive wiring, and virtually any small wire splice. It’s easy to use and requires no tools. Simply strip 3/4″ of wires, group bare ends together and insert into outer sleeve. Push inner sleeve over wires and slide plastic “link” or “leg” into outer sleeve until double-locked. Pre-filled silicone encapsulates all bare wires and closes entryways against moisture and corrosion while a double O-ring seal bars water from creeping in. These low-voltage connections are rain-tight and completely waterproof.
